The automatic egg tray production line is composed of pulping system, molding system, drying system, stacking system, vacuum system, high-pressure water system and air compression system. It is specialized in producing 10, 12, 15 and 18 egg boxes. The waste paper such as waste newspaper, waste carton paper, office paper and leftover materials are used as raw materials, which are prepared into a certain concentration of slurry through hydraulic disintegration, filtration, water injection and other processes. It is vacuum adsorbed into a wet blank on the special metal mold through the forming system, and then stacked after drying in the drying line and online hot pressing.
